Virginia Eye Consultants partnered with The Granger Group to provide a 2-story, 34,000
square-foot medical office building with an ambulatory surgery center to offer lasik eye
surgery procedures. Granger Financial Services provided a financing solution that fit the
needs of the project. The Granger Group invested funds into the project, sharing risks
and rewards, to help meet the goals set out at the beginning of the project.
