The Granger Group managed the deconstruction of this single use facility and land
redevelopment. The Granger Group’s commitment to purchase 1919 Boston Street
assisted Metro Health in their plans to develop a new hospital which required
disposition of the old facility and separation from the associated risk. By taking
on those risks as well as spearheading the Renaissance Zone approval process and
redeveloping the site to a ready to build site The Granger Group was able to provide
Beacon Hill at Eastgate with prime opportunity for their continuing care retirement community.
