Orthopedic Consultants
The new Orthopedic Consultants of Burnsville, Minnesota project consists of the
construction of a new ambulatory surgery center (ASC), orthopedic clinic, tenant
suite, imaging center, and physical therapy suite. The project represents a total of
49,000 square feet. The ASC portion of this project represents approximately 12,300
square feet and consists of three full size operating rooms with associated sterilization,
decontamination, processing, packing, and storage facilities. It has twelve pre-operative
and six post-operative cubicles to prepare patients for surgery and to aid in patient
recovery. It also has a nurses station and men's and women's locker rooms. It contains
its' own associated administrative, billing, and records storage, along with a centralized
waiting area and patient discharge.
The Imaging and Diagnostic testing are is 2,100 square feet and contains a DEXA room,
MRI with associated control and equipment room, and a viewing room. It also has its'
own administration, billing, and records storage and has restroom facilities. The Imaging
and Diagnostics testing area will share a central waiting room with the tenant space. The
tenant space is approximately 6,340 square feet.
