The Granger Group Completes Quality Development with Economic Interest

Wyoming, Michigan, December 18, 2007 - The Granger Group, a Grand Rapids based
real estate development firm, today announced the completion of a 22,700 square foot
mixed use facility for the Mid-Michigan Community Action Agency.

Mid-Michigan Community Action Agency is a non-profit organization providing
assistance to low-income seniors, families, and individuals including emergency
services, food commodities, preschool education, weatherization as well as a variety
of other programs. Their new facility will combine several offices into one building
for their administrative offices as well as three Head Start classrooms. “We are truly
excited to move in to a quality built facility that will be energy and space efficient
saving our agency thousands of dollars in operational costs,” Gary Gilbert, CEO
of Mid Michigan Community Action said.

The Granger Group hired MAVCON as its site services provider who in turn utilized
mostly local trade talent. Through this structure The Granger Group and Mid-Michigan
Community Action Agency were able to put almost $1.0 million into the local economy
during the 6-month construction period. Jake Chapman, Director of Development with
The Granger Group commented, “We are pleased to be able to re-invest much of the
project construction cost in the local mid-Michigan economy. The subcontractors worked
diligently together to successfully complete this high-quality facility within the time
constraints set by MMCAA.”

Funding for this project was provided in part through a USDA Rural Development loan.
The balance of funds was raised by Mid-Michigan Community Action Agency through
private donations.
