Granger Group Breaks Ground on First Medical Office at Metro Health Village

Wyoming, Michigan, November 4, 2005 – The Granger Group will hold an official
groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, November 8, at 4:00 p.m., for the first medical
office building to be constructed at the Metro Health Village. Located off the Byron
Center Avenue exit of the M-6 freeway, Metro Health Village is a 170-acre, “green”
development being built in conjunction with the new Metropolitan Hospital.

The 30,000-square-foot, LEED certified medical office building is being constructed by
The Granger Group for Michigan Obstetrics & Gynecology, PC, which will be relocating
its Grandville practice to Metro Health Village’s medical office complex. The building is
based upon one of The Granger Group’s award-winning design prototypes, which was
successfully used for the Herman Miller MarketPlace, where it has proven its ability to
be a flexible, as well as satisfying and productive work environment. As with the
MarketPlace, the building will be constructed utilizing The Granger Group’s intellisys™
process, which reduces building costs, speeds completion and improves overall quality.

Michigan Obstetrics & Gynecology will be the lead tenant and co-owner of the project,
occupying a portion of the medical office building, with the remainder available for
lease. The building is projected to open in summer 2006, and will complement the new
Metropolitan Hospital, the centerpiece of Metro Health Village.

Already open at the Metro Health Village is the City of Wyoming’s Frog Hollow park,
the first able-to-play park in West Michigan. The new Hospital is anticipated to open
in fall of 2007. Other development at the site will include a hotel, daycare center and
fitness center, in addition to medical related offices and retail shops. Completion of the
entire Metro Health Village may continue for up to seven years. For further information,
